Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of common spaces including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, and dusting
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Monitor, service, and restock bathrooms
- Clean all common space areas including kitchen, cafeteria, lobby and break room
- Place safety hazard signs (e.g., wet floor) as necessary
- Respond to major spills or cleaning crises promptly
