Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating schedules including nights and weekends
- Capacity to stand or walk for 8 to 12 continuous hours
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds or more
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work on the store's busiest days
Job Qualifications
- Experience in retail management or related supervisory roles
- Competent knowledge of Point Of Sale systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and personnel effectively
- Understanding of retail safety procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Perform duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence or upon their discretion
- Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point Of Sale and transactional devices
- Reconcile multiple shift reports
- Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Assign and inspect elements listed on shift duty list
- Communicate professionally with the Store General Manager and employees
- Understand and apply federal, state, and local laws as they apply to retail sales and employment matters
