Job Requirements
- Education level equivalent to at least high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant luxury hotel supervisory or management experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States
- Capable of handling emergency and safety protocols during shift
- Competent in financial transaction processing and night audit
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of luxury hotel experience in a supervisory or management role in Front Office or Rooms Division
- Proficiency in English language including reading, writing, and oral communication
- Experience with financial transaction processing and night audit procedures
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eligibility to work in the United States with valid work authorization
Job Duties
- Act as manager on duty during overnight shift
- Oversee all overnight staff and manage front drive
- Handle guest-related resolutions, special requests, and inquiries
- Ensure employees perform assigned tasks and coordinate communication with other departments
- Manage emergencies and incidents during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate incident records and report issues
- Process financial transactions including credit card verifications
- Perform night audit with accuracy and timely completion
- Deliver financial and operational reports
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies
- Conduct formal pass on to morning manager and assist in morning meetings
- Assist with performance evaluations and staff discipline
- Undertake other duties and projects as assigned
