The Night Guest Laundry Attendant (NGLA) at ESA Management plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding overnight guest experience. This position requires a dedicated individual who can multitask efficiently, assisting guests during the night hours by managing check-ins, check-outs, and handling payments according to company protocols. Additionally, the NGLA is responsible for all laundry-related operations such as treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, terry cloths, blankets, coverlets, and shower curtains. The role extends to processing dishware, maintaining housekeeping carts, and ensuring stock levels meet brand standards across the hotel property. This overnight position typically runs from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and demands a reliable, safety-conscious associate who can uphold the company’s safety and security procedures while providing excellent guest service.
