Iron Mountain is currently seeking a motivated Night Driver to join the Clutter Operations team. Clutter, now part of Iron Mountain, is transforming the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable services nationwide, powered by cutting-edge technology. This full-time role involves operating box trucks up to 26 feet in length to transport items safely and efficiently between local depots during the night shift, which runs from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM. The schedule for this role varies weekly and will include weekend shifts, reflecting the dynamic needs of Clutter’s operations which run seven days a week. Night Drivers begin and end their shifts at the Clutter depot located at the job site address.

This position is essential in ensuring seamless logistics and excellent customer service, as Night Drivers play a key role in facilitating timely delivery and inventory transfer across market locations. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to load and unload heavy items safely, using a proprietary smartphone application for real-time tracking and data management. Safety compliance with both road regulations and internal vehicle maintenance standards is critical for maintaining a secure working environment.

The ideal candidate will have more than three years of commercial driving experience and be at least 21 years old with a valid standard driver’s license, and able to pass a physical exam. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of local routes, background in warehouse operations or moving, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. This role offers competitive compensation starting at $20 per hour with overtime pay at 1.5 times hourly pay depending on business needs.
