- Ability to obtain a Non-Gaming Card in some locations

Job Duties
- Follow company's customer relations philosophy
- Pay whole attention to customer's needs first
- Understand and comply with management's directions and guidelines within company policies
- Apprise store management of all sales, cash, and operational discrepancies
- Prepare shift-change report at completion of shift and minimize cashier's errors
- Accurately post all markups, markdowns, voids, and bad merchandise write-offs
- Advise management of situations or policy violations affecting store performance
- Keep coolers and merchandise shelves fully stocked and fronted
- Be able to lift 20-50lbs at any given time
- Stand for an 8-hour shift
- Properly clean and maintain equipment, floors, and restrooms
- Keep register area clean and customer-friendly
- Adhere to all city, county, state, and federal regulations
- Use up-selling techniques to promote complementary products
- Treat customers with excellent service, pleasant greetings, and smiles before and after transactions
