Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
  • must be available to work overnight shifts as scheduled
  • flexibility required, as hotel operations run 24/7 and schedules may vary based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor under pressure
  • proficient in basic computer skills and property management systems (PMS)
  • OPERA experience is a plus
  • must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Perform nightly audits of daily revenue and financial transactions
  • balance accounts from the day shift and run required end-of-day reports
  • check guests in and out efficiently and courteously
  • respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
  • provide concierge-style assistance, including wake-up calls and special accommodations
  • supervise overnight hotel operations and support other departments as needed
  • manage and maintain all relevant documentation related to the role
  • answer and direct incoming calls professionally
