Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, and lift up to 25 lbs. for extended periods
  • Must be available to work overnight shifts as scheduled
  • Flexibility required, as hotel operations run 24/7 and schedules may vary based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor under pressure
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and property management systems (PMS)
  • Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • OPERA experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Perform nightly audits of daily revenue and financial transactions
  • Balance accounts from the day shift and run required end-of-day reports
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
  • Provide concierge-style assistance, including wake-up calls and special accommodations
  • Supervise overnight hotel operations and support other departments as needed
  • Manage and maintain all relevant documentation related to the role
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
