Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of front desk or hospitality guest service experience
- Preferred 1 year accounting or night audit experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

- PC skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Accounting systems knowledge preferred
- 1 year of frontline or hospitality guest service experience
- 1 year accounting or night audit experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and complete the Night Audit checklist for all computer procedures daily
- Balance the day’s work including movie revenue, telephone postings, valet laundry, servers and desk agent paperwork
- Generate all required reports for Food and Beverage audit
- Maintain proper record keeping including log books according to standards
- Complete initial direct bills and place on the Property Accountant’s desk with all folio/banquet check backup attached
- Handle and follow through on guest requests during the third shift
- Oversee front office functions on the third shift as necessary
