The company emphasizes work-life balance, career development, and a supportive work environment. The role available is primarily scheduled for the Night Audit Shift, from 11 PM to 7 AM, located at the San Antonio property on 4900 Crestwind Drive. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing all front desk activities during the overnight hours. This includes checking guests in and out, promoting sales programs, maintaining accurate guest records, handling cash transactions, balancing financial entries from the previous day, and running reports to ensure the hotel's accounting accuracy. The position requires someone who can work independently, often being the sole team member on the property during these hours, ensuring guest safety and security throughout the night.

In addition to these accounting and guest service tasks, the role may involve assisting with breakfast setup, food preparation, service, and cleanup. This diverse responsibility demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a warm, friendly demeanor to create a hospitable environment for guests. Night Auditors at Drury Hotels embody the company's +1 Service Attitude, responding promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Working at Drury Hotels offers more than just a paycheck. Starting pay is $17 per hour, coupled with quarterly bonuses that can total up to $3,200 annually, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding team success. The scheduling is flexible, with 2-4 shifts per week, supporting work-life balance. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy multi-tasking in a dynamic, overnight environment while upholding safety and security standards. Joining Drury Hotels means becoming part of a team that values your individuality, supports your career growth, and prioritizes your well-being.
