We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Auditor to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the seamless operation of our hotels during overnight hours. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of all front office and night audit duties. Serving as the Manager on Duty (MOD) during the night shift, this individual will oversee and direct the activities of all night shift staff, ensuring that operations run smoothly and guests receive the highest level of service. The position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service abilities to analyze the day's operating results fully and perform assigned daily duties accurately.
Ideal candidates will bring previous front desk and night audit experience, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational efficiency and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also preferred. A fundamental aspect of the role involves strong guest relations capabilities, emphasizing problem-solving techniques to address and resolve guest concerns effectively. The Night Auditor must be a dependable team player who can work collaboratively within group settings and multitask effectively across various responsibilities. Availability to work during weekends and holidays is necessary, as these are peak periods that demand consistent support. This is a part-time position, ideally working Friday and Saturday evenings, offering flexibility for those seeking a work schedule that accommodates other commitments.
