Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or hotel front office operations preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with computer systems and software related to hotel operations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night hours
Job Duties
- Prepare daily restaurant revenue report by auditing Micros tapes and journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out, and settlements by type and cashier
- Run audit reports and journals from all credit card and computer systems
- Input revenue, expenses, and allowance to generate required daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary
- Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset system for next day operations
- Make corrections and adjustments and handle any computer issues that may arise
- Ensure all reports and backup vouchers are complete and filed properly
- Coordinate with front desk and restaurant/bar closing to facilitate smooth file maintenance and reset of systems
- Perform front desk supervisor, guest service agent, reservations agent, and telephone operator duties as needed
