Maintaining cleanliness and organization at your workstation is essential, as is responding to any requests from the Front Office Manager (FOM) or Manager on Duty (MOD). The role also requires flexibility as work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Successful candidates will have at least one to two years of experience in front office or accounting positions within the hospitality industry or a similar environment. Excellent communication skills, confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong knowledge of hotel operations and local attractions are vital. Physical requirements include the ability to sit for extended periods, with walking, standing, lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally, and performing repetitive motions or bending as necessary during the shift.
