- previous experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Verify and balance all financial transactions from the day shift
- prepare daily reports and summaries of hotel operations
- process guest check-ins and check-outs
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality
- monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity
- assist with other duties as assigned by management
