HHM Hotels offers a robust and supportive work environment where employees can thrive, develop their skills, and advance their careers in the hospitality industry while contributing to superior guest satisfaction.

The Night Auditor position at HHM Hotels plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records and guest accounts while ensuring seamless front desk operations during the overnight hours. This role is a unique blend of accounting, guest service, and operational duties designed to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, reset the system for the next day, and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction. The Night Auditor is responsible for performing vital bookkeeping activities including balancing accounts, conducting nightly audits, and preparing detailed daily reports that form the foundation for accounting accuracy and financial transparency. This full-time employment opportunity offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional and personal well-being. The position requires a commitment to safe work habits, including the proper use of protective safety equipment, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, and reach. The work schedule may vary, often including weekends and holidays to ensure round-the-clock support for guests and hotel operations.

This role offers a clear growth path within HHM Hotels, presenting opportunities for career advancement into supervisory or management roles such as Front Office Supervisor, Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk, and eventually Front Office Manager. Ideal candidates will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and arithmetic capabilities, and either prior night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training. Completing Food Service Director (FSD) certification within 90 days of employment is encouraged and considered a plus.

Working as a Night Auditor at HHM Hotels offers a unique opportunity to be part of a reputable hospitality company where accuracy, service excellence, and professional growth are highly valued.
