Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training required
- Computer knowledge including Excel and arithmetic skills required
- Food Service Director (FSD) certification required within 90 days of employment

Job Duties
- Balance accounts nightly
- Maintain files and reset system for next day
- Perform guest service agent tasks including check-in and check-out
- Prepare and distribute daily reports
- Audit and reconcile cashiers
- Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards timely
- Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment
- Perform other duties as requested by management
