HHM Hotels also expects the employee to obtain FSD certification within 90 days of employment, which underscores the company’s commitment to safety and professional standards. The work environment is active and requires standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasionally bending and reaching. Employees may need to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends, reflecting the 24/7 nature of the hospitality industry.
