Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- three years of hotel front desk experience
- cash handling experience
- knowledge of accounting procedures
- must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- must pass random drug and controlled substance abuse tests
- must pass background investigation
- must obtain and maintain gaming license in california if applicable
- native american preference and/or experience with native american culture and government preferred

Job Duties
- combine front desk responsibilities with accounting duties
- check office accounting records for accuracy on a daily basis
- summarize and compile information for the hotel’s financial records
- deliver excellent guest service during overnight hours
- provide check-in and check-out services
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- ensure accurate financial reporting
