Aperture Hotels is a well-established hotel management company renowned for managing a prestigious portfolio of globally recognized brands such as Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Hotel Indigo, Courtyard by Marriott, Hampton Inn and Suites, Fairfield Inn and Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Home2 Suites, as well as independent hotels. With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and guest services, Aperture Hotels has cultivated a dynamic work environment that promotes both professional and personal growth. The company places a high value on creating a workplace culture where team members feel respected, appreciated, and part of a supportive family-like environment. Recognized for fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere, Aperture Hotels encourages employees to embody its core values of transparency and accountability, active curiosity, embracing growth, and creating value for stakeholders. Diversity and equal opportunity are at the heart of the company's hiring and operational practices, ensuring all qualified candidates receive fair consideration without discrimination based on race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics.

The Night Auditor role at Aperture Hotels is integral to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience during overnight hours. This position involves managing all aspects of guest relations, beginning with the check-in and check-out process and addressing guest inquiries promptly and professionally. A night auditor acts as the key point of contact for guests during the night shift, managing reservations and modifications, running comprehensive night audit reports to reconcile and review financial transactions, and providing personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local activities that enhance the guests' stay. Beyond the primary responsibilities, the role may occasionally require assisting other hotel departments and maintaining the cleanliness of work areas to uphold the establishment's high standards.

The ideal candidate for the Night Auditor position is a proactive and energetic individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication capabilities, and a welcoming demeanor. The role demands proficiency in computer literacy and accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions, all while safeguarding guest privacy and information security. The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent teamwork and take ownership of resolving guest complaints swiftly to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction, striving to maintain 100% guest approval. By completing all brand and company training in a timely manner, the Night Auditor will remain well-informed on company standards and policies, ensuring consistent service quality. Flexibility to work shifts, often overnight, and an ability to operate independently while meeting high-performance standards are also essential attributes for success in this role.

Employment with Aperture Hotels offers a competitive benefits package including employer matching 401K retirement plans, medical, dental, and vision insurance, free life insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay, and opportunities for management training. This comprehensive support underscores Aperture Hotels' commitment to employee wellbeing and development. By joining Aperture Hotels as a Night Auditor, candidates become part of a forward-thinking, guest-focused hospitality company dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. This role is suited for someone looking to enhance their career in hotel operations while contributing meaningfully to a quality guest experience during overnight hotel operations.
