The role of the Night Auditor is central to ensuring a smooth and successful operation during the overnight hours. Night Auditors are responsible for greeting and registering guests during the night shift, providing outstanding customer service, completing night audit reports, balancing financial accounts, and settling guest accounts upon checkout. This role also involves performing hotel front desk duties such as handling reservations, processing transactions, and managing communication systems.

Night Auditors play a vital role in guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally and ensuring that all hotel policies related to security, safety, and guest services are upheld.
