Job Requirements

- previous hospitality or hotel experience preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests
- complete night audit reports
- balance accounts including house accounts and credit cards
- settle guest accounts upon departure
- make and modify reservations
- perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- conduct security walks
- set up lobby coffee service and breakfast
- handle and resolve guest complaints
- communicate effectively and maintain shift logbook and reports
- carry out front desk responsibilities including cash control and deposits
- schedule wake-up calls
- manage key control
- process lost and found items
- assist in training new staff
- promote hotel products and services
- ensure room status is up-to-date
- implement safety and security policies
