Job Duties
- Greet and register guests efficiently

- process no-shows and handle reservations

- manage lobby coffee and breakfast setup
- address and resolve guest complaints professionally
- assist in training new staff
- maintain key control and manage lost and found items
- communicate effectively using hotel systems
- support room status updates and coordinate with maintenance
