Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Guest service experience preferred
  • Computer knowledge and skills required
  • Flexible to work long and overnight hours
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
  • Maintain effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Comply with hotel standards and regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports
  • Prepare and distribute daily management reports
  • Perform guest service functions including check-in, check-out, reservations, and switchboard operation
  • Reconcile all Front Desk and Food and Beverage cashier's work
  • Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit card transactions timely
  • Prioritize job functions to meet deadlines
  • Input and update financial information into corporate communication networks
  • Monitor unusual operational or financial events and communicate with management
  • Respond to governmental inquiries
  • Handle guest requests and ensure overall guest satisfaction
