Job Requirements

- Availability to work night shifts
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service recommended
- Basic computer literacy

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly during late-night hours
- Proficiency with hotel management software and credit card processing
- Basic understanding of emergency procedures
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy
Job Duties
- Process credit card transactions and other payments for the day
- Handle phone system operations including transferring calls and managing reservations
- Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Administer guest payment policies and investigate errors from day shifts
- Prepare folios for morning departing guests
- Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup if needed
- Be well-versed in all hotel emergency procedures
- Monitor guest safety by observing abnormal activities and weather conditions
- Close out the business day operations independently
