Job Requirements

  • Basic understanding of emergency procedures

  • Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy

Job Duties

  • Process credit card transactions and other payments for the day
  • Handle phone system operations including transferring calls and managing reservations
  • Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Administer guest payment policies and investigate errors from day shifts
  • Prepare folios for morning departing guests
  • Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup if needed
  • Be well-versed in all hotel emergency procedures
  • Monitor guest safety by observing abnormal activities and weather conditions
  • Close out the business day operations independently
