We are currently seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our dynamic hospitality team. This pivotal role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial and operational records during overnight hours, while simultaneously ensuring that guest services meet our established standards of excellence. The Night Auditor will perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions and prepare detailed revenue reports that are both accurate and complete. This position also involves front desk responsibilities, including handling guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism and courtesy. In addition, the Night Auditor will monitor security and safety protocols to guarantee a secure environment for both guests and staff throughout the night.

This role requires an individual with keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Night Auditor must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with guests and team members. Basic proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite is indispensable to ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, is critical for success in this position. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or related customer service field preferred
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to handle overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic computer skills including hotel management software and ms office suite
  • capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently

Job Duties
