Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or related customer service field preferred
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to handle overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic computer skills including hotel management software and ms office suite
- capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in hospitality hotel front desk or night audit preferred
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- basic proficiency in hotel management software and ms office suite
- flexibility to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- high school diploma or equivalent
- additional hospitality certifications are a plus
Job Duties
- perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions
- prepare and review daily revenue reports ensuring accuracy and completeness
- handle guest inquiries check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
- monitor security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff
- assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and report generation
- address guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively escalating when necessary
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area during shift
