Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 10 lbs and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Passion for customer service
- Ability to work independently while supporting hotel operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk functions
- Provide excellent guest service
- Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily including credit cards, cash, and change funds
- Consistently follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures
- Run various audits and reports and record all revenues and statistics accurately
- Read, analyze, interpret, and effectively explain common reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information
- Effectively respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints
- Respond to emergency situations
- Perform other duties as assigned
