The Night Area Manager role at CCS Facility Services is a full-time position focused on overseeing night janitorial operations, primarily within school campuses. This position requires a bilingual candidate fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. The Night Area Manager will be responsible for scheduling and supervising field cleaning crews, providing hands-on training, and conducting multiple site visits each night using a company-provided vehicle. Quality assurance is a key aspect of this role, ensuring that cleaning tasks and special projects are completed to the highest standards.

In addition to managing daily operations, the Night Area Manager will oversee inventory management of cleaning equipment and supplies, track employee hours and payroll using company software, and collaborate closely with branch managers to align operational goals. Job Requirements
