CCS Facility Services is currently seeking a Night Area Manager for their janitorial operations. This full-time role offers a competitive salary depending on experience and includes essential benefits such as a company-provided vehicle with gas, a cell phone, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) with matching options. The Night Area Manager will work evenings and night shifts from Monday through Friday in person.

The Night Area Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the night janitorial operations to ensure that all cleaning tasks and special projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This leadership position requires a bilingual (English and Spanish) individual who can effectively communicate with diverse teams and maintain high levels of quality across multiple sites. The role involves hands-on training, scheduling, and supervising field cleaning crews, as well as conducting multiple site visits in a company-provided vehicle for quality assurance purposes.

In addition to managing daily operations, the Night Area Manager is responsible for inventory management of cleaning equipment and supplies, tracking employee hours and pay through company software, and working closely with branch managers to meet operational goals. The manager must also observe strict facility and company security and safety protocols while performing their duties. This position demands a proactive leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both administrative and field responsibilities with professionalism.
