This establishment is committed to fostering a positive, innovative, and respectful work environment where team members are empowered to make a difference and help bring families closer together. We are currently seeking Catering Dishwasher & Bussers who will be engaged solely for events, with an events calendar typically published three months in advance. This role offers the flexibility to work around your schedule, as most event shifts occur during evenings and weekly hours cannot be guaranteed. However, you can expect a rewarding work atmosphere where you contribute to both operational efficiency and the overall guest experience during these special occasions. The position requires maintaining cleanliness and order in various areas including the kitchen, dining room, storage, and dishwashing stations, while working with both manual and automatic warewashing standards. Being part of our team means not only executing your duties with diligence but also embodying the company’s Lead with Love principles—patience, kindness, dedication, and more.
Your responsibilities will include bussing tables, sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, handling trash disposal, and ensuring that equipment such as dish machines are functioning properly and reported if issues arise. Safety is paramount, so active participation in maintaining personal and guest safety according to state and local health regulations is expected. You will handle large volumes of dirty dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans, all while collaborating with a team that values urgency and guest satisfaction. This position demands a high level of manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Joining our team entitles you to a comprehensive benefits package including profit-sharing, a 401K plan with company match, free admission to most Herschend Enterprises properties for you and your dependents, and various discounts at on-site restaurants and gift shops. We also provide training and development resources to help you grow your skills and career within the company. If you are detail-oriented, professional in appearance, and enthusiastic about contributing to exceptional guest experiences, this role offers an excellent opportunity for flexible, event-based work within a respected and growing entertainment organization.
