Job Requirements

Enthusiasm for making your mark on a new store opening

Proficiency with technology and new computer applications
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (stock support role)
Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate various technology and computer applications
Familiarity with inventory management systems beneficial
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment

Job Duties

Help put the finishing touches on the store ahead of launch
Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and managing fitting rooms
Share knowledge about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, and rewards programs
Keep stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes
Ensure the sales floor remains orderly through re-merchandising and straightening
Receive, unload, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments
Fulfill and ship customer orders according to quality and packing standards
