Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock support roles
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proficiency with technology and inventory systems
Ability to maintain composure in a busy retail setting
Accountability and initiative

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in retail or customer service preferred
Enthusiasm for fashion and retail environments
Ability to use various technology and computer applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally for stock support roles
Effective communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Duties

Help put the finishing touches on the store ahead of launch
Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and taking them to fitting rooms then sorting and returning clothing
Share information about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, rewards program and mailing list
Keep stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes with accurate ticketing
Work with the team to maintain the sales floor through re-merchandising and straightening
Receive, unload freight, and deliver merchandise to selling departments
Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
