The New Member Journey Team Lead Coordinator plays a vital role within Hilton Grand Vacations by acting as an extension of the salaried leadership team to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new members joining the New Member Journey (NMJ) program. This full-time position combines customer service, scheduling, sales, and administrative responsibilities to provide each new member with a seamless transition into their vacation ownership experience. The Team Lead Coordinator is responsible for scheduling welcome calls, facilitating the sale and coordination of NMJ vacations, distributing educational collateral, and maintaining continuous communication to foster trust and confidence for new members. In addition to managing daily activities, the role involves close collaboration with the Quality Assurance team and providing backup support in leadership tasks when required.

Working in this leadership support position, the Coordinator contributes to upholding Hilton Grand Vacations' reputation for outstanding customer care by acting as a reliable liaison between team members, leadership, and other stakeholders. The role also supports special projects and company initiatives, ensuring completion of required training and compliance with company standards. The emphasis on problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and strong communication is integral to the role as it directly impacts new member satisfaction and engagement. Job Duties

  • provide a warm welcome and an extension of confidence and trust in their new purchase by providing new member collateral
  • schedule a 14-day welcome call
  • sell a NMJ vacation and schedule vacation
  • provide each member with collateral outlining welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations and review online access timeframe
  • provide seamless handoff to Quality Assurance team member
  • if applicable, call members to offer an NMJ vacation package
  • provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests
  • embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, now
  • completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
  • adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
  • in the absence of salaried leadership, provide support in the form of required schedule changes, rotations, auditing reports relevant to daily responsibilities
  • act as a liaison between leadership, coordinators, and other stakeholders
  • provides additional support for special projects such as events
  • performs other related duties as assigned
