Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 18 years old
- previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to manage and coach a team
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week making sure customers get a fast accurate friendly experience
- e nsure great quality service and cleanliness to customers
- plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift
- take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with the next shift manager to prepare for upcoming shift
- manage food safety internal communication inventory management daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew and scheduling
- provide coaching and training
- ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
