Our culinary philosophy uniquely blends traditional Japanese flavors with a contemporary style of presentation, creating a dining experience that captivates even the most discerning sushi connoisseurs. This commitment to excellence extends beyond our cuisine to the exceptional service provided by our talented team, fostering an environment where every guest feels valued and part of something special.
As a contemporary restaurant establishment, KUMORI Group emphasizes quality, consistency, and a customer-centric approach. Our team members work synergistically to deliver unforgettable dining moments, reflecting the artistry of sushi and the deep cultural heritage that inspires it. Our new locations in the Brownsville area represent an exciting phase of growth and opportunity, inviting passionate individuals to join us in elevating the culinary arts and hospitality standards.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team at these new venues. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $45,000 to $55,000 annually and includes performance-based bonuses, employee discounts, and comprehensive health benefits. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant meets and exceeds operational standards and guest expectations.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the management team's performance, driving guest engagement, implementing financial budgets, and fostering a dynamic workplace culture that promotes growth and inclusivity. You will be instrumental in hiring, training, and developing team members to build a robust and motivated workforce that embodies KUMORI Group's values. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
This leadership role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in restaurant management, adept at handling diverse challenges and cultivating a positive environment for both staff and guests. You will manage scheduling, ensure compliance with labor and health regulations, control costs effectively, and champion the cultural initiatives that make KUMORI Group a community-loved establishment.
Joining our team means being part of a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion as core components of its culture. We celebrate the differences of our team members, which enrich our collective strength and creativity. If you are passionate about the art of sushi, customer experience, and team leadership, and seek an opportunity to grow with a reputable and innovative restaurant group, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.
