We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and eager to make a difference by helping customers find their dream homes. The position does not require prior real estate experience as comprehensive training is provided. Sales representatives will engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, and collaborating with marketing teams to generate and manage leads effectively. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, and organizational abilities to follow through on opportunities and exceed sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Drug testing and credit check required

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
