Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Drug testing and credit check required

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
  • Experience in luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales is a plus

Job Duties

  • Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
  • Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads effectively
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals successfully
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product offerings
