Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must obtain Burglar Alarm License through Utah's Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing (license paid by company)
  • Able to work full-time with flexible schedule
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Proficient with basic computer functions and software
  • Willingness to adhere to drug and alcohol-free workplace policies
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in sales processes

Job Duties

  • Make outbound calls to customers with installed systems from 30 days to 18 months
  • Resolve technical and billing concerns proactively
  • Educate customers on the capabilities of their smart home systems
  • Ensure a seamless journey from sale through installation
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with supervisors and internal teams to support customer needs
