Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must obtain Burglar Alarm License through Utah's Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing (license paid by company)
- Able to work full-time with flexible schedule
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Proficient with basic computer functions and software
- Willingness to adhere to drug and alcohol-free workplace policies
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in sales processes

Job Duties
- Make outbound calls to customers with installed systems from 30 days to 18 months
- Resolve technical and billing concerns proactively
- Educate customers on the capabilities of their smart home systems
- Ensure a seamless journey from sale through installation
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with supervisors and internal teams to support customer needs
