Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to complete NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
  • excellent communication skills
  • physically able to perform flight attendant duties
  • customer-focused mindset

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in flight attendant or customer service roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • responsible for the safety of all owners and passengers within the aircraft cabin
  • performs interior preflight, greets owners/passengers and briefs them on aircraft features, provides safety briefings
  • obtains catering from outside sources when necessary
  • delivers in-flight service including handling of alcohol, serving catering, preparing beds, and following detailed owner notes and profiles
  • acts as a liaison for owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival to safe landing
  • communicates cabin maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the pilot in command
