Job Requirements
- Active RN licensure in Washington
- minimum of 1 year NICU experience
- current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- willingness to relocate to Seattle for the duration of the assignment
- capability to pass all required background checks
- physical ability to perform nursing duties in a high-intensity environment
Job Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Washington
- specialized neonatal nursing experience
- certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- prior experience in a NICU setting
Job Duties
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU
- monitor and assess infant health status continuously
- operate and maintain advanced neonatal equipment
- collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
- document patient progress and interventions accurately
- educate and support families regarding newborn care
- respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
