Job Requirements

  • Active RN licensure in Washington
  • minimum of 1 year NICU experience
  • current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • willingness to relocate to Seattle for the duration of the assignment
  • capability to pass all required background checks
  • physical ability to perform nursing duties in a high-intensity environment

Job Qualifications

  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Washington
  • specialized neonatal nursing experience
  • certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • prior experience in a NICU setting

Job Duties

  • Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the NICU
  • monitor and assess infant health status continuously
  • operate and maintain advanced neonatal equipment
  • collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on patient care plans
  • document patient progress and interventions accurately
  • educate and support families regarding newborn care
  • respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
