Job Duties

  • prepare and manage traditional Neapolitan dough mixing proofing fermentation
  • hand-stretch pizzas to proper size and consistency
  • operate and maintain a wood-fired or gas pizza oven in the 800-900 degree Fahrenheit range
  • execute pizzas quickly while maintaining strict quality standards
  • manage oven timing rotation and firing techniques
  • maintain a clean organized and food-safe workstation
  • work collaboratively with kitchen staff during high-volume service
  • assist with prep ordering and inventory as needed
