- minimum 3+ years experience making Neapolitan-style pizza in a professional kitchen
- strong knowledge of dough hydration fermentation and flour types
- experience with wood-fired ovens strongly preferred

- availability for nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare and manage traditional Neapolitan dough mixing proofing fermentation
- hand-stretch pizzas to proper size and consistency
- operate and maintain a wood-fired or gas pizza oven in the 800-900 degree Fahrenheit range
- execute pizzas quickly while maintaining strict quality standards
- manage oven timing rotation and firing techniques
- maintain a clean organized and food-safe workstation
- work collaboratively with kitchen staff during high-volume service
- assist with prep ordering and inventory as needed
