Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior barista or café experience preferred
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and plant-based wellness culture
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and presentation
- Must be reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about hospitality
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
- Prepare light bites including salads and small sandwiches
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Help shape and maintain café beverage standards, recipes, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and biophilic-inspired café environment
- Support daily café operations including opening/closing duties, restocking, and cleaning
- Assist with training and onboarding new café team members
- Collaborate with the Plant The Future team to integrate the café into the overall guest experience
