This role is perfectly suited for a dynamic sales professional with 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, particularly in group sales, who thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment. The National Group Sales Manager will participate actively in daily business reviews and contribute directly to the achievement of the overall property objectives. Compensation includes competitive wages and a generous medical benefits package, along with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance. Additional perks are substantial and include complimentary fitness center access, bus passes, employee shift meals, exclusive discounts across spas, restaurants, retail, and Noble House Hotels & Resorts room rates. Employees also benefit from shared transferable ski passes and onsite ski-in, ski-out access during the winter season, with housing options available to support relocation or local candidates.

This position provides a unique opportunity to work in one of America's most beautiful and vibrant mountain communities, surrounded by endless opportunities for world-class recreation, including skiing, hiking, and cultural events. The role also offers professional growth and the chance to be part of a company that values community, sustainability, and diversity. Joining Hotel Terra and Teton Mountain Lodge means becoming part of the Noble CommUNITY, where employees are encouraged to share their perspectives and contribute to inclusive and green initiatives.
