Through innovative programs and heartfelt engagements, Cherry Hill Programs stands out as a company committed to excellence in guest service and the power of capturing memories.

As a company, Cherry Hill Programs operates in the entertainment and retail industries, blending creative photography with a well-organized service environment to provide joyful and lasting experiences. The company's emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative work culture creates a vibrant atmosphere where employees are valued and motivated to contribute their best. Their commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork drives their operational success and fosters an inclusive environment free from discrimination and harassment.

The Lead role at Cherry Hill Programs is a dynamic position that combines leadership, customer service, and hands-on photography support. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being part of a passionate team and who are committed to upholding the company’s values. As a Lead, employees take pride in setting high standards by leading by example, encouraging team members, and ensuring smooth daily operations at their assigned location.

Responsibilities also include operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring all photo operations run efficiently. Flexibility is important, as the role often involves working during peak retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The company culture is described as fun, fast-paced, and passionate, with clear opportunities for career advancement. Employees benefit from a flexible schedule, referral programs, and additional perks such as free photos for friends and family. Cherry Hill Programs highlights how every team member plays a critical role in the company's success and emphasizes a winning philosophy: "We Work Together to Win Together."
