The Lead role at Cherry Hill Programs is a dynamic position that combines leadership, customer service, and hands-on photography support. In addition to standard responsibilities of the Sales Associate/Photographer, the Lead position involves performing opening and closing duties, troubleshooting technical challenges, and escalating issues appropriately. While photography experience is not required, the Lead will actively take photos and participate in delivering excellent guest service throughout their shift.
