Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets guests and escorts them to their seats in a courteous manner
- presents menus and answers guest questions regarding the food and service
- manages seating arrangements based on restaurant activity and reservations
- performs opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service
- assists food and beverage staff with side-work and setup as needed
- maintains knowledge of operating hours, menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests
- responds to guest inquiries and ensures their needs are met efficiently
