Job Requirements

  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greets guests and escorts them to their seats in a courteous manner
  • presents menus and answers guest questions regarding the food and service
  • manages seating arrangements based on restaurant activity and reservations
  • performs opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service
  • assists food and beverage staff with side-work and setup as needed
  • maintains knowledge of operating hours, menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests
  • responds to guest inquiries and ensures their needs are met efficiently
