Disneyland Resort, one of the most iconic entertainment destinations in the world, invites passionate hospitality professionals to join its team at Napa Rose, an award-winning fine dining restaurant located inside Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Renowned for delivering an exceptional culinary experience, Napa Rose specializes in California cuisine and boasts an elevated wine program that complements its bold new menu and recently reimagined space. This combination of exquisite dining offers guests an unforgettable experience marked by world-class hospitality and magical moments that define Disney's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Napa Rose continues to set the standard for fine dining in California, making it a prime destination for both locals and visitors seeking a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.
The role available at Napa Rose is for a Wait Help I (Food Runner), an essential position that supports the service team in maintaining the flow, pace, and polish of a coursed fine dining experience. As a Food Runner, you will work closely with servers and service leadership to ensure that dishes are delivered promptly, accurately, and meet presentation standards critical to the restaurant’s reputation. This role requires anticipation of guest needs so that every visitor feels cared for during their meal, reinforcing the high level of service Disney is known for.
This position offers hourly pay at $21.13 plus tips and demands energetic, professional individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The Food Runner is responsible not only for conveying food but also for assisting with table maintenance, service support, and the overall presentation of the dining area. You will also support premium beverage and wine service by handling glassware and bottles with attention and professionalism, potentially serving as a Cocktail Server when needed. Additionally, this role includes providing guests with helpful information such as directions and entertainment schedules, enhancing the resort experience.
Ideal candidates possess a strong guest service mindset, demonstrate teamwork, and communicate clearly to maintain seamless operations. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry service items. Napa Rose serves breakfast and dinner, necessitating availability for varying shifts that may start as early as 6:00 AM and extend to as late as 1:00 AM. Joining Napa Rose means becoming part of a team that blends Disney magic with fine dining – a unique environment that fosters growth, excellence, and guest delight. This role offers selected benefits related to medical and financial options, recognized among the perks of working at Disneyland Resort. For individuals passionate about hospitality, this opportunity combines career development with the joy of creating memorable dining experiences in one of California's premier eateries under the Disney banner.
