The restaurant offers flexible scheduling, including shifts that may start as early as 5:00 AM or end as late as 5:00 AM the following day, reflecting the resort’s round-the-clock operations. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
- culinary education degree or equivalent experience required if less than 2 years experience
- proficient knife skills
- knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- ability to read and understand recipes
- organizational skills
- ability to multitask and adapt to production requirements in a fast-paced team environment
- ability to work well under pressure with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
