Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
- Minimum two years of culinary experience in high-volume production or culinary education degree for less than two years of experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Ability to work well under pressure with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume culinary production
- Proficient knife skills
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to Napa Rose's recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production requirements
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
- Adapt to varying shift schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Demonstrate proficiency in culinary techniques and knife skills
