Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • Minimum two years of culinary experience in high-volume production or culinary education degree for less than two years of experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Ability to work well under pressure with speed, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume culinary production
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
