The Dinner Cook role offers a competitive pay rate of $28.00 per hour, while the Fine Dining Specialty Cook position is compensated at $30.00 per hour. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in high-volume culinary production or hold a culinary education degree with equivalent experience. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, with operating hours spanning from early mornings to the late night or early morning hours. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Passion for culinary and delighting guests with food
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience required with less than 2 years of experience
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Proven ability to read and understand recipes
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to production requirements in a fast-paced team environment
  • Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
