Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Passion for culinary arts and delighting guests with food
- Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent if less than 2 years experience
- Proficient knife skills
- Proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environment
- Speed, accuracy, and ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience focusing on high-volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Basic wine knowledge preferred
- Completion of vocational school or high school certification preferred
- Certification from CIA or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook quality dishes according to Napa Rose recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Assist in the development of new menu items and presentation
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume food production efficiently
- Adapt to changing production requirements and maintain speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Participate in maintaining inventory and proper storage of ingredients
