Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Passion for culinary arts and delighting guests with food
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent if less than 2 years experience
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Proven knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced environment
  • Speed, accuracy, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years culinary experience focusing on high-volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to read and understand recipes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Basic wine knowledge preferred
  • Completion of vocational school or high school certification preferred
  • Certification from CIA or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook quality dishes according to Napa Rose recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and presentation
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume food production efficiently
  • Adapt to changing production requirements and maintain speed, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Participate in maintaining inventory and proper storage of ingredients
