Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary field
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience for those with less than 2 years
- Proficient knife skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Ability to read and comprehend recipes
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced team environment
- Speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications

- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Napa Rose recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Collaborate with culinary team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Assist in inventory management and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Adapt to different production requirements and multitask during busy service periods
- Support special events and catering functions as needed
