  • Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary field
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience for those with less than 2 years
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to read and comprehend recipes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in fast-paced team environment
  • Speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure
