Job Requirements

No education qualification requirement
Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Prioritize and schedule work assignments to honor guest requests
Skill in operating in-room appliances and relevant software systems
Competence in completing reports and documentation accurately
Ability to apply sound judgment and maintain customer service standards
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment and approved chemicals including familiarity with Safety Data Sheets
Knowledge of Recreational Lodging program standards
Ability to operate in-room appliances such as coffee makers, televisions, clock radios, and telephones
Proficiency in using Property Management System and Point of Sale system software
Ability to complete daily room status reports and housekeeping assignment sheets accurately
Ability to interpret and apply housekeeping manual guidelines and program policies
Skill in safely using hand and power tools
Good communication skills in English both verbally and in writing

Job Duties

Provide quality and efficient housekeeping services to guest rooms and public areas
Operate in-room appliances and ensure they are functioning properly
Utilize Property Management System and Point of Sale software to update room status and report
Prepare and accurately complete daily room status reports and housekeeping assignment sheets
Interpret and execute cleaning tasks according to Recreational Lodging Housekeeping Manual and program policy
Prioritize cleaning assignments while respecting guest requests for No Service or Do-Not-Disturb
Communicate clearly with management, staff, and guests to ensure excellent customer service
